"If you’re planning a destination wedding, do yourself a favor and HIRE CHRISTINA! Christina joined our planning journey a couple months before our wedding date, after we were passed off to our 3rd resort planner which was frustrating to say the least. Christina helped pull all our final details together, communicating with the resort planner on our behalf- which was helpful with a bit of a language barrier, doing a site visit and walk through to ensure everyone was on the same page, she even helped procure signage, welcome bag items and other items we did not want to pack with us on our journey. Our wedding was EPIC. We had 3 days of events welcome party, wedding and after party and catamaran cruise. She helped us with it ALL! Not sure it would’ve been without Christina making sure all the details were as we discussed and in place. "If you are on the fence about hiring Christina as your wedding planner... I HIGHLY encourage you to read through this entire review. My husband and I had booked our wedding in Cancun for October 2016. After multiple failed wedding planners at the resort we booked in, we finally made a trip down to Cancun to truly get a grasp on our event. The first day there, we met with our 3rd designated Wedding Planner. We spent an entire day finalizing items and planned on meeting with her the next morning for our cake testing, music vendors, photography, etc. That next morning, my husband and I arrived at the location for our taste testing, only to see a different staff member sit down with us, notepad in hand. My husband and I were both shocked and confused as Christina Parker sat down and informed us that she was our new and final wedding planner. Trust me when I tell you that this was NOT a comfortable meeting for Christina. With 80+ guests coming in for a destination wedding, we were not thrilled about starting over with a new wedding planner 45 days away from our big day. Christina handled it like a pro! She assured us that she would not allow our day to be less than perfect and that she would ensure every detail was met. As skeptical as I was, I was proven to be a fool for questioning her capabilities! Christina single handedly met every tiny detail of our very complicated ceremony with grace, made the impossible happen, and truly went to bat for me in an environment that I was not confident inserting myself. She was transparent when there was concern that a vendor was trying to take advantage. She was accommodating with going beyond resort rules to ask the questions I had. Ultimately, she followed through on everything she discussed with us. I could honestly write a novel on Christina and her performance as our final Wedding Planner if there was room. Our wedding has been talked about by all family members as the best one they have ever attended! As a bride, there is nothing better than having that kind of feedback.
